Job Purpose

The Digital Growth & Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving Hardee's digital revenue growth across delivery aggregators and emerging online platforms in the Middle East. The role supports Americana Restaurants broader growth agenda by strengthening Hardee's digital presence, improving customer reach and conversion, and maximizing brand visibility and commercial performance across digital ecosystems. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, the role ensures data-driven, customer-focused, and commercially effective digital initiatives that enhance market competitiveness and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Hardee's presence across delivery aggregator platforms to drive sales, visibility, ranking, and revenue contribution.
  • Partner with Americana's central aggregator team to ensure strong brand positioning, alignment, and execution consistency across markets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and support new digital growth opportunities across emerging platforms, partnerships, and online channels.
  • Ensure competitive positioning across platforms including assortment visibility, pricing, promotions, and overall digital storefront performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate campaigns, launches, and promotions across aggregator and digital platforms.
  • Monitor digital sales performance, platform KPIs, and campaign effectiveness, translating insights into actionable strategies to drive growth.
  • Analyze platform data, customer behavior, and digital funnel metrics to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and revenue outcomes.
  • Optimize menus, content, imagery, and digital touchpoints to enhance customer experience and platform performance.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key digital platform partners to unlock commercial and marketing opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, analytics, and central teams to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and seamless execution across platforms.
  • Track competitor activity, platform trends, and market dynamics to maintain competitiveness and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, platform requirements, and execution standards across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support cross-channel integration to ensure consistency across digital, in-store, and brand campaigns.
  • Apply strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen to continuously optimize performance and support business decision-making.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, platform partnerships, or online sales, preferably within QSR, F&B, or retail.
  • Proven experience managing delivery aggregator platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, or Noon Food.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales channels, aggregator ecosystems, and online customer journeys.
  • Experience working across multiple markets in the Middle East is preferred.
  • Exposure to performance marketing, campaign execution, or digital merchandising is an advantage.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and analytics.
