Role Mandate

This position carries full responsibility for transforming THE AMMARA's digital presence into a high-performance acquisition engine.

The focus extends beyond visibility — toward strategic growth, qualified lead generation, and measurable revenue impact.

Core Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute high-value lead generation strategies targeting global HNW and UHNW audiences
  • Own and scale all digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and beyond) with consistent brand authority
  • Produce and oversee premium content and graphic-driven campaigns, including digital advertisements aligned with a luxury standard
  • Lead execution and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads with a performance-first approach
  • Design and manage conversion funnels, landing pages, and full user journey optimization
  • Oversee website development, SEO strategy, and digital infrastructure performance
  • Track, analyze, and continuously refine performance metrics to maximize ROI
  • Ensure every digital touchpoint reflects THE AMMARA's positioning at the highest level

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and performance marketing at scale
  • Advanced capability in paid media strategy (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
  • Strong ability to create, direct, and execute high-end visual content and advertising assets
  • Solid understanding of conversion psychology, funnel architecture, and digital growth systems
  • Working knowledge of web development, SEO, and analytics tools
  • Highly self-directed, accountable, and performance-driven
