Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for executing and extending group level active directory service as central identity repository and identity management tools for group's employee, contractors and group users who access the systems The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure
Job Responsibility
- Establish Group federated identity model within group to assure identity lifecycle for the group subsidiary users who are accessing the systems.
- Ensure extending group identity management tools with subsidiaries HRMS for users who are accessing the systems
- Ensure extending group strong authentication tool to Group subsidiary users who are accessing the systems.
- Cooperate with group relevant units in developing the identity management processes and automation.
- Ensure knowledge sharing and practices of identity management with the Group subsidiaries.
- Implement and continuously improve identity management reporting capabilities
- Lead the Design of identity management capabilities to specific group needs and business requirements.
- Ensure capitalizing on existing machine learning and user behavior analytics, to help reducing the risk of Group identity theft and potential user access fraud or misuse cases.
- Ensure staying up-to-date of Identity management solutions industry trends and developments, and implement upgrades, changes or enhancements to comply with developed cybersecurity policies and meet business needs.

A minimum of 8 years
Nature of Experience
Related experience in leading the Cyber Security function for a large organization preferably within the telecom industry
Education
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
