Your Role

As a Digital Implementation Manager, you will

Digital Implementation & Delivery

• Lead the integration and implementation of construction technology solutions to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.
• Identify gaps in existing digital capabilities and define practical, scalable implementation roadmaps.
• Oversee system configuration, rollout, optimization, and long-term sustainability.
• Pilot new technologies and standardize tools across projects and business units where appropriate.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and data-driven use cases (e.g. automation, predictive analytics, computer vision, generative AI) to improve productivity, decision-making, and risk management.

Change Management & Adoption

• Lead change-management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, site teams, and digital champions to embed new systems into daily operations.
• Develop and deliver structured training and enablement plans to support end users.
• Monitor adoption metrics and address barriers to effective use.

Program, Vendor & Contract Management

• Manage multiple digital programs and projects concurrently, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors and technology partners, managing performance, contracts, and renewals.
• Ensure solutions align with ALEC governance, security, and operational standards.
• Secure necessary resources for major initiatives while maintaining cost control.
• Evaluate and manage AI technology vendors, platforms, and partners, ensuring solutions meet business, data security, and governance requirements.

Leadership, Collaboration & Governance

• Provide strong matrix leadership across cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
• Build effective working relationships with internal departments, business unit leaders, and external partners.
• Support strategic digital initiatives with clear reporting, progress tracking, and outcome measurement.
• Ensure accurate and timely information flow between stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Professional Effectiveness

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and digital enhancement.
• Demonstrate strong self-learning, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Manage competing priorities effectively, consistently meeting deadlines and delivery commitments.
• Positively contribute to the ALEC brand through professionalism and delivery excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with 710 years experience in construction technology or digital implementation.
• Proven ability to lead complex technology rollouts and manage change effectively.
• Strong data literacy and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI); project management certification preferred.
• Background in innovation or PMO environments is an advantage; valid UAE driving license required.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with a practical, solution-oriented mindset and strong planning capabilities.
