Digital Innovation Project Manager

Role Purpose
You own end to end delivery of innovation initiatives. You turn approved ideas into executed pilots, PoCs, and scaled outcomes. You coordinate teams, timelines, and value delivery across the bank.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the innovation delivery pipeline from intake to handover.
* Translate innovation priorities into clear delivery roadmaps.
* Coordinate Product, IT, Data, Ventures, Risk, Compliance, and external partners.
* Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery reporting.
* Run weekly delivery governance packs and status updates.
* Support experimentation, PoCs, and MVP execution.
* Track outcomes, benefits, and delivery KPIs.
* Drive post delivery reviews and learning capture.
* Escalate delivery risks through defined governance forums.
* Support business case preparation and investment decisions.

Key Interfaces
* Innovation Banking Functional Leads.
* IT and Digital teams.
* Risk, Compliance, Finance, Procurement.
* External vendors and fintech partners.

Success Measures
* On time and on value delivery of innovation initiatives.
* Clear visibility of delivery status and risks.
* Smooth transition from PoC to scale.
* Strong stakeholder satisfaction.

Experience and Profile
* 8 to 12 years in project or program delivery.
* Experience in banking, fintech, or digital transformation.
* Strong delivery governance and execution discipline.
* Comfortable working across multiple senior stakeholders.
* Experience with innovation, PoCs, or agile delivery preferred.
