Client and program leadership

  • Serve as senior digital lead for Client globally and provide counsel to senior

digital client, executive stakeholders (where relevant) and market leads,

supporting the Edelman client team's leadership.

  • Strengthen links between established communications programmes and the

growing marketing function.

  • Define and own the multi-market digital strategy and roadmap aligned to Client

business objectives, communications objectives and regional needs, in

collaboration with client and Edelman teams.

  • Build strong relationships with Client's global digital leadership and UAE hub.

Establish clear governance, decision pathways, and escalation.

  • Introduce and integrate new channels and workflows where they add

measurable value.

Internal team leadership

  • Shape and craft the team. Recruit, mentor, and develop talent.
  • Set high standards and support a thriving culture of excellence across the

account and wider business.

  • Build a cross-market community of practice. Share playbooks, training, and best

practices.

Quality, delivery, and operations

  • Provide senior oversight of all digital workstreams. Social, content, web and UX,

paid media, AI search, influencers, analytics.

  • Ensure quality control, on-brief delivery, and integration across markets.
  • Resolve client-side misalignment by clarifying objectives, roles, processes, and

metrics.

  • Liaise with expert peers to ensure integrated working and full value in the digital

work from strategy, creative, project management, employee engagement,

government affairs, crisis and issues, and other specialisms.

  • Manage resourcing with project management and the resourcing team. Forecast

needs and pipeline talent across markets.

Commercial management

  • Own the digital P&L on the account. Forecast accurately and manage servicing

against revenue.

  • Track scope, utilisation, efficiency, and margin. Identify workflow and tooling

improvements.

Growth and innovation

  • Partner with Client B2B workstreams to identify marketing and digital

opportunities for organic growth.

  • Develop a Client-specific B2B marketing oWering.
  • Engage with UAE digital support. Help shape teams and workstreams in Dubai

and support the UAE account lead.

  • Build relationships with market leads. Understand local ambitions, governance,

processes, activity, and challenges.

  • Embed AI responsibly to improve research, content operations, social listening,

community management, testing, and measurement with clear human

oversight, in line with existing plans.

Data, measurement, and effectiveness

  • Align KPIs to business outcomes. Brand, reputation, consideration, demand

proxies.

  • Partner with analytics to design measurement frameworks, dashboards, and

learning agendas.

  • Run multi-market tests to lift performance and codify best practices.
  • Make social programs strategically aligned and accountable to business goals.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven leadership of large digital marketing programs for complex B2B or

corporate brands.

  • Performance and data-driven mindset
  • Track record of driving commercial outcomes from marketing-led programs.
  • Fluency across social and content ecosystems, paid amplification, web and

SEO, ABM, and analytics.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
  • Experience building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen for forecasting, starting models, scope, and margin.
  • Clear, persuasive communication and presentation skills.
