Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the main liaison between ripplemark and our clients, overseeing multiple digital marketing projects and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong partnerships and trust.
  • Strategy Development: Design and execute digital marketing calendars and strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and communicate insights to clients, highlighting both successes and improvement areas.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, media buying, web dev) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Upselling & Growth Opportunities: Identify client needs and propose additional services to drive mutual growth.
  • Budget & Invoicing: Manage client budgets efficiently and handle billing accurately.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, integrating new ideas into client strategies.

  • Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 24 years in digital/performance marketing account management.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Analytics) and CRM software.
  • Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics/KPIs and experience in optimizing campaigns for ROI.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, adept at clearly articulating complex concepts to clients.
  • Presentation & Negotiation: Ability to present strategies, results, and recommendations confidently.
  • Client & Budget Management: Proven track record in managing client relationships, budgets, and revenue targets.
  • Work Ethic: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with shifting priorities.
  • Preferred Plus: Experience in B2B or tech marketing.
