Working across 2 UK established ecommerce brands that have recently launched in the Middle East, you will have experience as a digital marketing expert with a strong analytical mindset and comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies that align with the business goals. You will develop, implement, and manage the online digital marketing strategy using various digital channels demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and be able to communicate effectively.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, deliver and optimize highly effective digital marketing campaigns across all relevant platforms for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and own media channels.

Monitor online statistics, and campaign performance against targeted KPIs.

Implement and analyze performance metrics and provide accurate reports.

Evaluate and manage performance testing, device experiments and conversion tests improving the efficiency of campaigns.

Measure effect on sales and profit figures through optimizing, analyzing, and reporting.

Reporting on trends in traffic and conversions, digital marketing analysis, customer marketing and web behavioral data to improve UX.

Working closely with cross functions to share funnel conversion improvement ideas and present actionable insights and recommendations to management.

Manage the contact database to do lead generation activities.

Regularly audit the website traffic reviewing sales funnels and customer intent.

Track and report marketing metrics such as lead retention response, ROI, conversions rates, SM engagement, CTR, CTC, email marketing ad campaigns, SEO improving search engine rankings, key word research on page optimization monitoring search engine algorithm changes PPC SEM

Monitor budget distribution of paid ad campaigns

Requirements

BA or master's degree in digital marketing, communications, data science or related field

3+ years of experience in digital marketing

Demonstrate track record of driving value and key business metrics.

Digital marketing and Google analytics certificates preferred.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising

Proficient in marketing automation tools

Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English)

Strong organizational and time management skills
