Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Assistant supports FITT Meals paid performance marketing function. You'll help execute paid media campaigns, implement SEO, manage reporting and analytics, and optimise across channels.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow into a Performance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Execution
  • Build campaign structures across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Review creative assets, placements, tracking, and naming conventions
  • Implement UTMs and manage tracking accuracy
  • Support budget pacing and daily optimisation
  • Set up and monitor A/B tests
  • Maintain creative and test log libraries
  • Support mid-month and monthly reporting
  • SEO Execution
  • Update meta tags, alt tags, and internal links
  • Upload and optimise blogs, FAQs, and schemas
  • Support off-page SEO tasks like citations and link building
  • Assist with quarterly technical audits (sitemaps, indexing checks)
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards
  • Pull weekly KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and spend pacing
  • Track creative performance
  • Support monthly performance presentations
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work with the Social Media Manager to coordinate creative needs
  • Align paid campaigns with CRM channels (email and WhatsApp)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Assistant on tagging and upload accuracy
  • Partner with content and design teams for ad asset requirements
  • Operational Excellence
  • Manage and update UTM systems
  • Document SOPs, best practices, and recurring tasks
  • Maintain organised performance folders and naming conventions

Skills & Experience

  • 12 years in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, or eCommerce
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with GA4 is a bonus
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals is preferred
