Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Brand Strategist with strong creative and strategic skills to manage and grow our brand presence across all digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and coordinate on-site photoshoots, videography, and content editing for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Convert project designs, execution quality, and site progress into high-impact digital content that drives leads and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals (lead generation, brand awareness, positioning).
  • Identify target audiences such as residential clients, villa owners, developers, and consultants.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly marketing calendars and campaign roadmaps.
  • Track ROI, cost per lead (CPL), and campaign conversion performance.

Social Media Management

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
  • Create engaging content for:
  • Completed projects
  • Before-and-after transformations
  • Site progress and execution quality
  • Design concepts and 3D visuals
  • Client testimonials
  • Write captions, hashtags, reels scripts, and call-to-actions.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity.

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Local)
  • Generate qualified leads for landscape, pool construction, and interior fit-out projects.
  • Monitor ad performance, budgets, targeting, and creative assets.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives and ad copy.

Photoshoot, Video & Editing

  • Plan and execute on-site photoshoots and videos, or coordinate with photographers.
  • Capture:
  • Finished projects
  • Detail shots (materials, finishes, lighting)
  • Walkthrough videos and social media reels
  • Edit photos and videos for social media and paid campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized media library of all projects.

Website & SEO

  • Manage and update website content (projects, services, blogs).
  • Ensure SEO best practices for local and service-based searches.
  • Optimize landing pages to increase lead conversions.
  • Coordinate with web developers when needed.

Branding & Creative Direction

  • Ensure all digital assets align with company branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with design and execution teams to highlight unique selling points.
  • Create brochures, presentations, and marketing creatives as required.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Analyze traffic, engagement, leads, and conversion metrics.
  • Recommend improvements based on insights and data analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience (510 years) in digital marketing, preferably in:
  • Construction
  • Interior design
  • Architecture
  • Real estate
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, content planning, and branding.
  • Hands-on experience in photo and video editing.
  • Ability to visit project sites for content creation.

Technical Skills

  • Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
  • Advanced Canva skills
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Google Ads & Google Analytics
  • Basic SEO and WordPress CMS

Soft Skills

  • Strong creative and visual sense
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Proactive, self-managed, and organized
  • Ability to work with designers, architects, and site teams
  • Time management for multi-project environments

Preferred (Added Advantage)

  • Drone videography experience
  • Architectural photography knowledge
  • Understanding of BOQs, design stages, and execution workflows
  • UAE market experience
