Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in social media marketing, lead generation, paid advertising, and content creation.

This role suits candidates with experience in construction, interior design, architecture, real estate, or fit-out companies who can create high-quality digital content and deliver qualified leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for lead generation and brand awareness

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business Profile)

• Create content for:

  • Completed construction and interior projects

  • Before and after project visuals

  • Site progress and walkthrough videos

  • Client testimonials and case studies

• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads)

• Generate leads for:

  • Landscape projects

  • Swimming pool construction

  • Interior fit-out and design services

• Plan and attend on-site photoshoots and video shoots

• Edit photos and videos for social media and ads

• Manage website content and landing pages

• Apply SEO best practices for local search visibility

• Track performance, leads, and cost per lead (CPL)
