Job Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our ATL and digital marketing activities, manage our online presence, and coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication. The role is hands-on, execution-focused, and offers exposure to both digital campaigns and selected BTL activities.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & ATL Marketing:
Manage and coordinate Alumil's online presence, including social media platforms and website content.
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of ATL and digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Coordinate and follow up with external agencies (creative, digital, media) to ensure timely delivery, brand alignment, and performance tracking.
Assist in preparing campaign reports, performance summaries, and insights.
Content Creation & Design:
Create and design marketing materials (social media visuals, basic videos, presentations, and campaign adaptations) and work closely with designers and agencies on creatives, localization, and adaptation of global content.
Participate in content planning, copy coordination, and visual direction for ongoing campaigns.
Ensure consistency of brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
Website & Digital Assets:
Support updating and maintaining website content, including pages, news sections, campaigns, and forms.
Coordinate digital assets and landing pages required for lead generation and campaign execution.
Coordination & Execution:
Act as a coordination point between the marketing team, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups across marketing activities.
Support selected BTL initiatives such as events, activations, and internal marketing activities when required.
Requirements:
12 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with a digital or ATL focus.
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Hands-on experience in content creation and basic design.
Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing fundamentals.
Experience working with marketing agencies is a strong plus.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
