About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Events Executive to plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and measurable ROI. The role is highly hands-on and data-driven, combining, SEO, paid media, content marketing, website design and optimization, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning campaigns from strategy through execution, testing, optimization, and reporting, while collaborating closely with sales, business development, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

SEO & Website Performance

  • Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Search Console
  • Work on website maintenance and performance improvements including site speed, UX, and conversion optimization
  • Website development and landing page creation with WordPress

Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Create and plant content across social media platforms, blogs, landing pages, ads, and email campaigns
  • Create marketing creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and related platforms
  • Manage and optimize social media channels to drive engagement, reach, and lead generation

Lead Generation & Performance Tracking

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Analyze data to continuously optimize campaigns and improve cost-per-lead and conversion rates
  • Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for management

Event Planning, Management & Marketing

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including seminars, forums, webinars, and partner events.
  • Develop and execute integrated event marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, landing pages, and social media
  • Create and manage event-related content and assets, including event branding, invitations, registration pages, promotional materials, and post-event communications
  • Coordinate and support on-ground and virtual event delivery, working closely with internal teams, speakers, sponsors, venues, and service providers to ensure a seamless attendee experience

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
  • 36 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles
  • Proven experience managing SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, traffic growth, and ROI-focused campaigns
  • Experience working in B2B, services, events, consulting, e-commerce, or professional services environments is a strong plus
