Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives aligned with our brand and business objectives. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and performance analysis across multiple digital channels.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality, compliant, and results-driven campaigns in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Track and analyze performance metrics including traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal and management review
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with internal governance and brand standards
  • Coordinate with creative, content, communications, and design teams to develop campaign assets
  • Manage social media execution, publishing schedules, and engagement monitoring
  • Support website initiatives including landing pages, content updates, and UX improvements
  • Coordinate SEO, ASO, and digital optimization activities with internal and external partners
  • Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance of all digital content
  • Liaise with internal teams including product, technology, compliance, and communications
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors
  • Maintain proper documentation, approvals, and records for all digital initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 47 years of experience in digital or performance marketing roles
  • Experience in regulated, corporate, fintech, financial services, or technology-driven environments is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools
  • Solid understanding of digital funnels, attribution models, and performance measurement
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and brand consistency
