Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate proven campaign management results and strong platform-specific expertise in digital advertising and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation.
  • Manage social media platforms and implement targeted strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns including PPC, display ads, and social media promotions.
  • Track key digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, etc.) and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and improved user engagement.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 46 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong platform-specific expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and digital performance dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful digital campaigns and measurable outcomes.
