Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor digital marketing activities, Google Ads, email marketing, and content campaigns.
- Oversee marketing operations, ensuring smooth workflow, timely execution, budget adherence, and quality control.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to deliver campaigns efficiently.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Support brand strategy and content planning, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, operational best practices, and marketing technologies to enhance performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Experience in planning and executing digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
- Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to support marketing strategies.
- Skilled in data interpretation and campaign optimization based on performance metrics.
- Experience coordinating with creative, media, and production teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Strong operational and project management skills, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Good understanding of brand positioning, marketing strategy, and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and online tracking tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities.
- Up to date with digital trends, marketing technologies, and best practices.
