What You'll Be Doing

Kepler Marketing (Digital & Physical Products)

Plan and execute marketing activities for Kepler's services, products, and initiatives.

Manage digital campaigns across platforms including social media, email, and paid advertising.

Coordinate with creative and content teams to produce brand-aligned marketing assets.

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics; optimize campaigns based on results.

Ensure timely execution and rollout of all marketing activities.

Personal Branding for the CEO

Develop and manage a content calendar for the CEO's personal branding across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.

Support creation of content in Arabic and English, including posts, carousels, and videos.

Promote live sessions, podcast appearances, and personal courses/content.

Monitor trends and identify growth opportunities to maximize personal branding impact.

Client Strategy & Proposal Development

Collaborate on strategy development for existing clients across digital and brand marketing.

Lead creation of client proposals, incorporating research, insights, and creative planning.

Design and customize pitch decks, proposals, and marketing presentations.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enrich client strategies.

What We're Looking For

Pharmacy graduate (required).

Experience from 1to 3 years of experience

Proven experience in digital marketing, personal branding, and client strategy.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and content creation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.

Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and presentation software.
