We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team in Kuwait. This role is focused on the performance and digital side of marketing, managing paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, CRM, and analytics across all four markets. You will work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and collaborate with country-level marketing teams to drive measurable results and support business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & PPC
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat for all four markets
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximise ROI
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to continuously improve performance
- Monitor and report on key metrics including CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with the creative team to brief and produce ad assets aligned with campaign objectives
Email Marketing & CRM
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns including promotional offers, event announcements, birthday packages, and seasonal campaigns
- Build and maintain customer segmentation and automated email flows (welcome series, re-engagement, post visit follow ups)
- Manage and grow the CRM database, ensuring data quality and compliance with privacy regulations
- Track email performance metrics (open rates, click through rates, conversions) and optimise based on data
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and maintain dashboards to track digital marketing performance across all channels and markets
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights on campaign performance, website traffic and customer acquisition
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Work with the Group Marketing Manager to connect marketing activity to business KPIs such as ticket sales, birthday bookings, and footfall
General
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Support the wider marketing team with digital insights to improve content and social media strategy
- Collaborate with country-level marketing executives to ensure campaigns are localised and relevant for each market
Requirements
- 35 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising and performance marketing
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels
- Ability to manage campaigns across multiple markets simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
Nice to Have
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification
- Experience in the entertainment, leisure, or hospitality industry
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website optimisation
- Experience working across GCC markets
