Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to handle end-to-end digital marketing activities, with a strong focus on SEO, lead generation, and online brand visibility. The role is responsible for driving qualified leads, improving digital presence, and supporting business growth through effective marketing strategies in the HR and staffing space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings. - Conduct keyword research aligned with HR, recruitment, and staffing services.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, and blog articles.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
- Manage inbound lead funnels and improve conversion rates.
- Create and optimize landing pages and lead forms.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead performance and ROI.
- Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure lead quality.
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for brand visibility.
- Plan and publish content related to HR solutions, recruitment trends, and hiring needs.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns for clients, candidates, and internal databases.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and campaign scheduling.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve email performance.
- Support employer branding and corporate marketing initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze traffic, leads, and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation.
- Basic design skills or experience with tools like Canva.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
- Experience with Google Ads, social media ads, and marketing tools.
- Familiarity of Web Development & Design, Cloud & DevOps is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
