Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain a strong personal database of investors and end-users
- Follow up on company-generated leads with a high conversion focus
- Attend events, exhibitions, and developer launches to generate new business
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of the off-plan and secondary market is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
