Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Digital media or MBA.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
- 5-10 years of experience into Social Media Marketing & Ads.
Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google +, YouTube, Snapchat and identify additional channels that may be deemed relevant. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Monitoring the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns, performing A/B and multivariate testing, and optimizing the campaigns to maximize conversions
- Managing and optimizing local listings for all of our stores Assessing engagement on both our company's website and external sites
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Data Studio, and similar reporting platform.
