Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute Digital and BTL marketing strategies across our food manufacturing and food retail operations. The role is responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing sales, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all online and offline consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, and online campaigns.
- Manage paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Oversee content creation, digital calendars, and performance optimization.
- Analyze digital performance using KPIs and reports to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with agencies and freelancers for digital execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 58 years of marketing experience, preferably in food manufacturing or food retail.
- Strong background in Digital Marketing and BTL campaigns.
- Proven experience in managing brand activations and retail marketing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
