Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This is a high-impact role where your strategies, creativity, and data insights will drive measurable growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Planning: Develop and implement multi-channel digital advertising strategies that maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Platform Management: Lead, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct ongoing A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Budget Management: Allocate and monitor ad spend efficiently to ensure optimal use of resources within designated budgets.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and translate complex metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS, attribution models) into actionable insights using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to produce high-performing visuals and compelling ad copy.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 35 years in digital or performance marketing with proven success in managing paid campaigns.
- Technical Expertise: Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms such as GA4, HubSpot, or Looker Studio.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Creativity & Innovation: Combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to improve engagement and results.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong project management and teamwork skills to coordinate across teams effectively.
