Role Overview :

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager with strong (Hands-On | Digital Marketing) execution skills. This role requires someone who actively plans, executes, optimizes, and analyzes digital campaigns with a strong focus on business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid channels

• Manage campaign setup, optimization, and daily performance monitoring

• Handle marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation

• Launch and optimize marketing funnels (ads, landing pages, basic email flows)

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and audiences

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare structured reports

• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers as needed

Required Qualifications :

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Solid understanding of conversion tracking and analytics tools

• Data-driven mindset with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership
