We're looking for a senior Digital Marketing Manager to own the full digital marketing function across two brands with two different audiences:
- EEUN (Commercial): drive demand, support sales channels, and scale a premium accessories portfolio with measurable growth.
- Ishraaq (Foundation): build credibility, visibility, and partner/donor-ready communications for development programs.
- This role is not social media posting. You will run the growth engine, lead a team + agencies, and deliver weekly reporting tied to outcomes.
Key Responsibilities1) Strategy, Planning & Budget Ownership
- Build quarterly and monthly digital plans for both brands (objectives, channels, creative direction, KPIs).
- Own budget allocation and ensure spend ties to measurable results.
- Build a testing roadmap (audiences, offers, creatives, landing flows) and scale what works.
2) Performance Marketing (EEUN Growth)
- Lead paid acquisition and retargeting across Meta / TikTok / Google (as relevant).
- Own tracking and measurement (pixel/events, attribution hygiene, conversion optimization).
- Improve conversion across product pages/landing pages/marketplaces (where applicable).
- Create an always-on growth cycle: test learn scale repeat.
3) Content Engine & Creative Direction (Two Brands)
- Build a production system that delivers consistent, high-quality content:
- EEUN: product storytelling, comparisons, launches, offers, proof points, UGC/creator briefs.
- Ishraaq: program updates, impact stories, events coverage, partner visibility content.
- Lead briefs, QA, brand consistency, publishing cadence, and content operations.
4) Trade / Channel Support (EEUN Sales Enablement)
- Produce dealer-ready digital assets: WhatsApp kits, catalogs, price/promo packs, seasonal campaign materials.
- Align campaigns with inventory priorities and sales targets.
- Protect brand positioning by managing promotion mechanics and messaging to avoid price erosion.
5) Ishraaq Marketing & Communications (Credibility + Partnerships)
- Run the foundation's communications calendar aligned with project milestones.
- Produce partner-ready collateral: one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, impact summaries.
- Ensure professional documentation: photo/video coverage standards, approvals, and archives.
6) Team Leadership & Operating System
- Lead in-house specialists (content/design/performance/community) and manage agencies/freelancers.
- Build SOPs: brief production approval publishing reporting iteration.
- Set weekly priorities and hold output accountability (deadlines + quality).
7) Reporting & Analytics (Non-Negotiable)
- Weekly management dashboard + action plan:
- EEUN: spend, ROAS/CAC, CTR/CVR, revenue influenced, best creatives, next tests.
- Ishraaq: reach, engagement, content output, partner comms delivered, event coverage delivered.
- Monthly review: results, learnings, next-month plan, budget split.
