Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns that promote Finance House Group's products and services. This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening the company's online presence, driving qualified traffic, generating leads, and improving customer acquisition and retention through data-driven digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels: SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media, email, and mobile.
- Execute quarterly marketing campaigns and align them with product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities.
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution from concept to analysis, focusing on conversion and engagement metrics.
Digital Presence & Content Optimization
- Oversee the management and growth of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful content that supports brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Improve landing page performance and conversion paths based on user behavior and A/B testing insights.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance, customer journeys, and web traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Use data insights to recommend optimizations and allocate budgets effectively to high-performing channels.
- Establish KPIs for all digital activities and provide regular reporting on campaign results, spend, and ROI.
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Apply customer insights, segmentation, and behavior data to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement.
- Manage customer acquisition funnels with a focus on lead quality, lifetime value, and retention.
- Develop and implement digital retention programs to increase repeat engagement and brand loyalty.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with product, IT, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead agency partners and vendors in the execution of digital strategies and ensure alignment with internal brand and performance standards.
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and marketing performance reviews.

Digital Marketing Expertise
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter) and marketing automation tools.
- Experience optimizing user journeys, customer funnels, and landing pages.
Data & Analytics
