Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across all online channels. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue within the retail sector. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capabilities, deep analytical expertise, and proven success in scaling digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with retail business objectives and revenue targets.

Lead and manage multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Oversee website optimization initiatives including technical SEO, content strategy, UX improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI.

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing dashboards; provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead content strategy and brand storytelling across digital channels to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Drive data-driven decision-making through A/B testing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation initiatives.

Collaborate with merchandising, sales, and operations teams to align campaigns with product launches, seasonal promotions, and in-store initiatives.

Manage digital marketing budgets, forecast ROI, and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, company standards, and data privacy regulations.

Mentor and manage digital marketing team members, agencies, and external vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

510 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 35 years in a managerial role within retail or e-commerce.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital performance marketing.

Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, social media marketing, email automation, and analytics.

Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and marketing automation platforms.

Experience managing digital marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.

Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
