Tiye Solutions is looking for a Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead our digital team, manage client campaigns, and ensure strong strategic execution across different platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong agency experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to turn client objectives into clear, effective marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital marketing team across strategy, content, media buying, SEO, and campaign execution.
• Develop digital strategies aligned with each client's goals, audience, and brand direction.
• Manage daily workflow, campaign planning, execution, reporting, and team follow-up.
• Review and improve content plans, ad campaigns, reports, and overall digital output.
• Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and insights to improve results and ROI.
• Coordinate with content, design, media buying, production, and account management teams.
• Support client communication and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, AI tools, and best practices.
• Mentor team members and help improve their performance, skills, and productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency.
• Proven experience leading a digital marketing team.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
• Very good to excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to write, review, and present marketing content professionally.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.
