The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the acquisition and retention strategy across all digital channels, including paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snap), paid search, affiliates, SEO, display and email. You'll own and optimise significant budgets, drive ROAS and reduce CAC, while building retention strategies to increase LTV and minimise churn. This role requires a strong focus on performance, forecasting and reporting (GA4, BI tools and channel platforms), alongside continuous testing across creative, landing pages and customer journeys. You'll also manage agency and affiliate partnerships while supporting international ecommerce growth and website roadmap initiatives.
The Person
You'll bring 78 years experience in digital marketing within a retail or consumer brand, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimising performance metrics. You're commercially sharp, highly analytical and confident owning budgets at scale. A strong leader who can inspire a high-performing team, you're comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment. Most importantly, you're proactive, detail-oriented and excited by the opportunity to make a real impact during a high-growth phase.
