Job Description:
Proposing Marketing plans and managing marketing campaigns that promote the companys brands,
products, and services. His/her tasks include planning and managing digital marketing campaigns,
analyzing metrics, identifying marketing trends and mentoring the Digital Marketing Executive.
To help grow a brands influence and have a conversion strategy in place while also increasing brand
loyalty and awareness. He or she plays a major role in driving website traffic and acquiring leads or
customers.
Duties will include proposing planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across
various digital networks. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and
social media management. He/she needs to be an outstanding communicator, work as a focal point
(Account manager) & can demonstrate excellent interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Propose and supervise all aspects of the digital marketing department including marketing
database, email, and paid advertising campaigns, including influencer marketing.
Propose annual, quarter marketing plans & calendars, including but not limited to situation
analysis, competition analysis, target audience, post campaign analysis.
Monitor campaign budgets.
Be the focal point as an account manager with the client
Manage digital advertising campaigns
Propose website: site maps, content strategy & traffic generation plans
Manage SEO campaigns
Run A/B testing
Provide regular accurate reports
Appraise important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
Collaborate with teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Keep up to date with emerging digital platforms, industry trends, and MarTech
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, media studies, communications, or a related field
4-7 years experience in online paid media, leading & managing SEO, digital metrics, and web
traffic and analytics.
3+ years of experience and knowledge of online marketing strategies.
Experience in Social media moderation is a plus
Minimum 3 years of Meta Ads manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
experience, X Ads, Influencer marketing, other advertising SM platforms tools
Knowledge of split testing practices.
