ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone with solid experience in both SEO and paid media, who can confidently manage performance-driven campaigns and contribute strategically to digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (B2B focus)
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page)
- Manage and optimize WordPress websites (content updates, SEO best practices, performance improvements)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting
- Align paid and organic strategies to maximize ROI
- Monitor trends and explore innovative approaches, including AI-driven SEO models and automation tools
REQUIREMENTS
Education / Qualification
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant Google, Meta, or SEO certifications are preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (B2B campaigns)
- Proven experience in SEO strategy and execution
- Solid working knowledge of WordPress
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights
- Experience working with or implementing AI tools for SEO and performance optimization is a strong advantage
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (B2B campaigns)
- Proven experience in SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page)
- Solid working knowledge of WordPress (mandatory)
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience using AI tools for SEO and campaign optimization is a strong advantage
- Google or Meta certifications are preferred
