Digital marketing specialist (not manager)
Job Summary:
We are looking for
Digital Marketing Specialist to act as the right hand to the Marketing manager. This role goes far beyond running ads it requires strong strategic thinking, market research capabilities, planning, and end-to-end project ownership. The ideal candidate will support the Marketing manager in building marketing plans, analyzing market opportunities, and ensuring flawless execution across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Director in developing comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans.
- Conduct detailed market research, competitor benchmarking, audience insights, and industry analysis.
- Build clear marketing roadmaps, timelines, and go-to-market strategies for new products and campaigns.
- Support brand positioning and ensure all digital activities align with the overall marketing direction.
- Coordinate between different teams (content, design, sales, operations) to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare strategic presentations, reports, and dashboards for top management.
- Analyze data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, CRM, market trends) and provide actionable insights.
- Manage digital presence (website, social media, content calendar) based on strategic objectives.
- Identify market gaps, new opportunities, and potential partnerships.
- Monitor competitors moves and recommend proactive strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming, planning, and decision-making with the Marketing manager.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in digital marketing specialist or supervisor or team leader
- Strong background in market research, analytics, and strategy building.
- Experience in e-commerce or agencies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital data tools.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working closely with top management.
