Role Description
We are seeking a Growth Marketer to join our Cairo-based team on a full-time, on-site basis.
You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth strategies, managing analytics, and implementing marketing campaigns that generate measurable traction. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-oncombining creative content thinking with analytical rigor to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing
- Proven ability to design and execute data-driven growth strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools (Brevo, ConvertKit, GA4, PostHog, or similar)
- Skilled in Lead Generation techniques
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social engagement tactics.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Design a 34-month growth roadmap aligned with launch objectives.
- Define KPIs, benchmarks, and performance frameworks for pre-launch and beta phases.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership review.
- Implement and maintain analytics via GA4, Plausible, or PostHog
- Monitor traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics to refine acquisition tactics.
- Conduct A/B tests and funnel analysis to improve user conversion and retention.
