Own and drive end-to-end lead generation initiatives, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality leads aligned with sales and business goals.
Plan, manage, and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to deliver measurable conversions and ROI.
Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance, and continuously optimise based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality.
Lead organic search strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO coordination, backlink strategy, and performance tracking.
Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to identify optimisation and growth opportunities.
Manage the brand's digital presence and voice across key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest), ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and performance-driven.
Collaborate with internal creative teams and external partners to develop compelling digital assets, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, product showcases, and video content.
Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels, providing actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
Prepare regular performance dashboards and reports for leadership, highlighting campaign outcomes, ROI, and strategic improvements.
Conduct competitor analysis and digital market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and best practices to continuously enhance performance.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution across all digital initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within retail, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, or B2B environments.
Strong performance marketing background with proven experience in ROI-driven, data-led digital campaigns.
Demonstrated success in lead generation, with end-to-end ownership of campaign planning, execution, and optimisation.
Proven ability to manage and optimise multiple digital campaigns in parallel across paid and organic channels.
Solid experience with SEO, SEM/PPC, paid social, email automation, and digital analytics platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting data and performance metrics to drive business outcomes.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
