Key Responsibilities
1. Omnichannel Content Strategy (YouTube & Social)
- YouTube Growth: Manage the DBM Store YouTube channel. Collaborate with the videographer to plan and optimize How-to and Product Review videos for search (SEO).
- Social Distribution: Tailor content strategies for different audiences:
- LinkedIn (B2B): Target contractors and architects with bulk offers and technical specs.
- Instagram/Pinterest (B2C): Target homeowners with aesthetic renovation content.
- Content Calendar: Maintain the publishing schedule to ensure consistent visibility across all platforms.
2. Performance Marketing & Ads
- Paid Campaigns: Set up and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Optimization: Monitor Ad Spend (ROAS) and tweak creatives/copy to lower Customer Acquisition Costs.
3. E-commerce Management (Magento)
- Website Optimization: Manage product listings on our Magento platform, ensuring titles and descriptions are optimized for SEO.
- Analytics: Track website traffic and conversion rates using Google Analytics (GA4) and provide actionable insights to the team.
4. Team Collaboration
- Participate in daily creative brainstorming sessions with the Videographer and Designer.
- Provide data-backed ideas (keywords/trends) to the creative team to guide future content production.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: 25 years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-commerce.
- E-commerce Tech: Hands-on experience with Magento (or similar platforms like Shopify/WooCommerce) is required.
- Video Marketing: Strong understanding of YouTube SEO (Titles, Tags, Thumbnails) and video distribution.
- Paid Media: Proven experience setting up campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Location: Must be based in Dubai and available for a full-time On-Site role.
