Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Summary
The Digital Specialist is responsible for managing all digital platforms across the UAE and KSA in alignment with the approved marketing calendar and brand guidelines. The role focuses on digital campaign execution, performance marketing, customer retention, data analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotional offers across digital platforms.
- Execute approved promotional campaigns and performance marketing initiatives.
- Manage paid advertising activities (Google Ads, social media ads) in coordination with thirdparty agencies.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and display networks.
- Optimize campaigns for engagement, conversion, and ROI with thirdparty partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
CRM & Customer Retention
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
- Segment audiences to enable personalized communication.
- Track customer journeys to enhance retention strategies.
- Support loyalty program initiatives and customer engagement activities.
Reporting & Coordination
- Track and report campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to the Marketing Manager.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with regional and global marketing guidelines during campaign execution.
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure menu updates and stock availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing; specialization in Digital Marketing preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM, data analysis, and shopper behavior.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and customerfocused marketing best practices.
Experience
- 35 years of experience in Digital Marketing (F&B industry preferred).
- Handson experience in paid media, CRM, and datadriven campaign management.
- Experience in budget planning and management.
Skills
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Basic creative skills (Adobe Creative Suite / Canva) for asset adaptation.
- Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
