Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Cornerstone Development, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, analyzing customer behavior, and enhancing our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong grasp of SEO, SEM, analytics, and campaign management, combined with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed research to analyze customer behavior, purchasing habits, market trends, and preferences to inform marketing strategies.


• Design, implement, and optimize effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.


• Set up and manage tracking systems to monitor online marketing activities and assess campaign performance.


• Collaborate with Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists to track progress and refine strategies.


• Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate industry trends and refine marketing approaches.


• Prepare in-depth reports based on sales data analysis, presenting actionable insights to management.


• Partner with the design team to create high-quality promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.


• Craft clear, compelling product marketing copy for various digital platforms and materials.


• Organize and execute promotional activities for new product launches and services.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.


• Manage and oversee social media accounts, driving engagement and increasing visibility.


• Lead and manage SEO/SEM campaigns, ensuring consistent and measurable results.


• Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize marketing efforts.


• Collaborate with content teams to create or outsource written and visual content for digital marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role.


• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, etc.).


• Experience using data analytics software to conduct research and evaluate campaign effectiveness.


• Strong proficiency in SEO/SEM, content marketing, and online advertising campaigns.


• Expertise in web analytics, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.


• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management System (CMS) platforms.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other marketing tools.


• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.


• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Experience in the real estate sector is preferred.


• Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.


• Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
