Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Create annual and monthly digital marketing plans for e-commerce growth.
- Identify target audiences and optimize customer journeys.
E-commerce & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
- TikTok Ads (if applicable)
- Drive traffic, conversions, and ROAS for online stores and marketplaces.
- Manage product campaigns, launches, promotions, and seasonal offers.
Content & Social Media
- Oversee content creation for social media, website, and ads.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across platforms.
- Manage social media calendars and engagement strategy.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.
- Optimize landing pages and product pages for conversion.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers when needed.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Monitor KPIs such as CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, and revenue growth.
Brand & Market Positioning
- Strengthen brand presence in the bags and accessories market.
- Analyze competitors, pricing, offers, and digital presence.
- Identify market trends and growth opportunities.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and agencies.
- Guide junior marketing staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing (e-commerce experience is a must).
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising, social media, SEO, and analytics.
- Experience with product-based businesses (fashion, accessories, consumer goods).
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Haram, Giza.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in manufacturing or retail brands.
- Experience managing online stores or marketplaces.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing.
