To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new Digital Marketing Specialist:

Job purpose:

Moderate Social media accounts / work on the Monthly content calendar / Follow up on digital leads, funnel & conversion rates.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Utilize analytics tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Ads, Meta Ads, C4C, and CRM to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and collaborate with web developers to ensure the implementation of SEO best practices.
  • Work closely with the web developers to address frontend and backend issues related to the Geidea website.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for campaign improvements and budget optimization.
  • align social media strategy and content calendar with overall digital marketing objectives.
  • Provide guidance on integrating social media efforts with other digital marketing initiatives for maximum impact and brand consistency.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Data Studio.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques.
  • Experience in optimizing websites for improved search engine rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Experience in campaign management and optimization.
  • Experience in social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is a must
