Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize social media campaigns while managing budgets effectively.

Content Creation & Design: Create engaging content, including graphics and videos, to captivate our target audience.

Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze data insights, and refine strategies to boost engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Proven track record in managing social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Success in planning and executing campaigns that drive engagement and measurable results (ROI, conversion rates, etc.).

Strong experience managing campaign budgets and optimizing cost-effectiveness.

Skills:

Technical: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Creative: Strong experience in content creation, graphic design, and video editing for on-brand marketing materials.

Analytical: Ability to interpret social media metrics and KPIs to guide strategies.

Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in driving social media growth, engagement, and ROI through strategic initiatives.

Education & Certifications:

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, Hootsuite Social Media Certification) are highly preferred.
