Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage day-to-day digital marketing activities across multiple channels.
• Create, launch, and optimize digital campaigns on social media and search platforms.
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve website traffic and lead generation.
• Manage social media accounts, content scheduling, and community engagement.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver effective digital assets.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing and support conversion rate optimization efforts.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all digital channels.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with both B2B and B2C digital marketing is an advantage.
• Experience in HR, services, or platform-based businesses is a plus.
