Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage day-to-day digital marketing activities across multiple channels.
- Create, launch, and optimize digital campaigns on social media and search platforms.
- Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve website traffic and lead generation.
- Manage social media accounts, content scheduling, and community engagement.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver effective digital assets.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and support conversion rate optimization efforts.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all digital channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with both B2B and B2C digital marketing is an advantage.
- Experience in HR, services, or platform-based businesses is a plus.
