About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 23+ years of hands-on experience to join our performance marketing team at noon. This is a slightly more senior execution-plus-strategy role, ideal for someone who has managed end-to-end campaigns across Google and Social platforms, understands how to scale performance in an eCommerce environment, and can translate data into clear actions.
You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and creative teams to drive efficient growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Own campaign planning across Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX, YouTube) and Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap).
- Translate business objectives into clear campaign structures, budgets, and KPIs.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new categories, launches, and seasonal moments.
- Assist in building monthly and quarterly media plans aligned with performance goals.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Launch, manage, and optimize performance campaigns end-to-end across Google and Social.
- Continuously optimize bids, budgets, targeting, creatives, and formats to improve efficiency and scale.
- Monitor pacing, performance trends, and anomalies; proactively flag risks and opportunities.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages in collaboration with creative teams.
Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze campaign performance across key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and funnel performance.
- Use GA4, platform dashboards, and internal reports to extract insights and optimization opportunities.
- Build weekly and monthly performance summaries with clear takeaways and next steps.
- Partner with analytics teams to validate tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks.
Cross-Channel & Funnel Thinking
- Ensure alignment between upper-funnel, mid-funnel, and lower-funnel activity across channels.
- Understand how paid media supports broader brand, SEO, CRM, and retention efforts.
- Coordinate with SEO, content, and onsite teams to improve landing page and user journey performance.
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, analytics, product, tech) to ensure smooth execution.
- Liaise with external agencies and platform partners where applicable.
- Confidently communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
- 23+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX) and Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap).
- Solid understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, creative testing, and optimization levers.
- Basic to intermediate analytics skills using GA4, platform reporting, and Excel/Sheets.
- Experience working in an agency or eCommerce / retail environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
Good-to-Have
- Experience managing large-scale or multi-category eCommerce accounts.
- Familiarity with attribution models, incrementality, and measurement challenges in paid media.
- Exposure to app marketing, deep links, or app conversion campaigns.
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Understanding of creative performance and how to brief for performance-led assets.
