Role Description Planning and executing digital marketing activities for Noptechs and the Saudi ERP platform to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and increase conversion rates and recurring revenue. This is achieved through managing digital platforms, website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), and producing creative marketing content utilizing the latest AI tools and techniques.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Website Management & Development
  • Design, develop, and manage the company website using the Odoo Website Builder platform.
  • Create and update service pages, product pages, and specialized landing pages.
  • Enhance user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to support marketing objectives and conversion goals.
  • Monitor website performance, optimize page speed, and enhance the overall visitor experience.

2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Prepare and execute digital marketing plans and campaigns in alignment with approved business targets.
  • Manage various digital marketing channels and construct optimized marketing funnels from initial reach to final conversion.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Optimize conversion rates to achieve the highest possible Return on Investment (ROI).

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for both the website and its content.
  • Conduct keyword research and detailed competitor analysis.
  • Optimize content and site structure to raise the website's ranking in organic search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Monitor and continuously improve key performance indicators related to organic visibility.

4. Creative Content & Graphic Design

  • Conceptualize and write engaging marketing copy for the website and social media channels.
  • Design marketing collateral, professional presentations, infographics, and visual assets.
  • Produce and edit short-form marketing videos and visual media.
  • Develop the visual identity for marketing campaigns in alignment with established corporate branding guidelines.

5. AI Tool Utilization

  • Integrate advanced AI tools into the production of content, designs, and marketing presentations.
  • Leverage AI techniques to generate innovative marketing materials and maximize campaign efficiency.
  • Utilize intelligent analytical tools to improve audience targeting and boost conversion rates.
  • Keep track of emerging AI technologies and apply them directly to marketing initiatives.

6. Social Media Management

  • Oversee and manage the company's official profiles across various social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
  • Drive engagement and foster a supportive digital community around the brand.
  • Monitor messages and comments, while analyzing audience behavior and feedback trends.

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key marketing performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare periodic reports illustrating campaign results, performance metrics, and ROI.
  • Deliver continuous data-driven recommendations to optimize overall performance and achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Media, or any related field.

Work Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and online platform management.

Hands-on professional experience designing and managing websites via Odoo or similar content management systems (CMS).

Proven track record in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Direct experience with search engine optimization (SEO) and digital data analytics.

Required Skills

  • High proficiency in utilizing the Odoo Website platform.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Mastery of design applications such as Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent software.
  • Experience integrating AI tools for marketing automation and content creation.
  • Strong copywriting and content formulation skills in Arabic.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and achieve strict targets and objective performance milestones.

  • Number of Qualified Leads generated.
  • Visitor-to-lead conversion rate.
  • Growth rate of organic website traffic.
  • Engagement metrics across social media platforms.
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency.
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) performance.
  • Revenue growth rate generated directly through targeted marketing initiatives
