Company Description Boston Pharmaceutical Industries is part of an ambitious Egyptian pharmaceutical group comprising 10 companies that pursue a differentiation strategy to achieve strong competitive advantages in the local market. Boston manages a broad pharmaceutical portfolio of around 270 products, including human medicines, cosmetics, and veterinary products. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various online channels to strengthen brand awareness and support product launches. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, coordinating online content, analyzing web and campaign performance, and reporting key metrics to marketing and leadership teams. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing activities with overall brand and commercial goals, staying up to date with industry trends, and proposing data-driven improvements. The specialist will also contribute to digital marketing strategies that support the growth targets of Boston Pharmaceutical Industries in the Egyptian market.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, and other approved digital channels.
Create, schedule, and monitor social media content in coordination with the marketing and brand teams.
Support paid advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and optimization.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to prepare digital content and campaign materials.
Track digital performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversion, cost per lead, and campaign ROI.
Prepare regular digital marketing reports with insights, recommendations, and improvement actions.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and ensure content follows company guidelines.
Support website updates, landing pages, online forms, and digital customer journey improvements when applicable.
Monitor competitors digital activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure digital communication is aligned with company policy, product claims, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Commerce, Pharmacy, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content marketing, or campaign execution.
Good knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, content planning, and campaign reporting.
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or consumer products is preferred.
Good command of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM, or email
marketing tools is a plus.
Good English language skills are preferred.
Strong writing, coordination, analytical, and follow-up skills.
