We are hiring a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO (On-Page and Off-Page) to enhance organic visibility, increase qualified leads, and strengthen the digital presence of a leading real estate brand in the premium shared office space sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on UAE experience and a proven track record of delivering measurable SEO results within the commercial real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the UAE real estate market.
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance rankings and organic performance.
- Optimize site structure, metadata, internal linking, and content for maximum search visibility.
2. Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis
- Perform detailed keyword research for workspace-related search terms.
- Analyze competitor performance to identify gaps and new opportunities.
3. Content Optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize website pages, blogs, and digital assets.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and user search intent.
4. Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Build and execute link-building strategies through outreach, partnerships, and industry-related publications.
- Strengthen domain authority with high-quality backlinks.
5. Technical SEO
- Work with the development team to resolve crawl issues, speed problems, indexing errors, and mobile optimization requirements.
- Monitor and maintain Core Web Vitals and technical performance.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track keyword performance, traffic trends, and conversions using GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
7. Local SEO
- Optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple locations.
- Manage reviews, local citations, and map rankings to improve local visibility.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, specifically premium shared office spaces
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple SEO initiatives simultaneously
- Understanding of content strategy and digital customer journeys
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in digital marketing with a major focus on SEO
- Mandatory experience in real estate (preferably commercial or premium workspace sector)
