The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our trading platform. This role requires strong experience in performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics within the financial services or fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Paid Ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat), SEO and content marketing, email marketing and automation, social media.
- Drive user acquisition and optimize conversion funnels for account opening and deposits.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, etc.)
- Manage website content and ensure SEO best practices are applied.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Compliance) to ensure marketing activities align with regulatory requirements.
- Create engaging content for web, social media, and campaigns (in coordination with design team).
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Support brand awareness initiatives and digital partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within: Trading, Brokerage, Fintech, Financial services.
- Strong knowledge of: Google Ads & Snapchat, Meta, SEO and SEM, Social media platform, Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.), Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)
- Experience in user acquisition and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Understanding of financial products such as stocks, ETFs, crypto is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory marketing requirements in financial services is preferred.
