We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads, managing marketing campaigns, and tracking potential clients through the CRM system.
Responsibilities:- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Generate qualified real estate leads and optimize campaigns to improve ROI
- Develop marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects and target audiences
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ads (A/B testing, targeting, creatives, etc.)
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective lead generation
- Track, follow up, and manage leads through the CRM system
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead handling and conversion
- Prepare regular performance reports (leads, CPL, conversion rates, etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and real estate advertising.
