Our client, a fast-growing international financial advisory firm based in Dubai, is seeking a Digital Marketer with a strong agency background and a proven track record in paid performance marketing.
In this role, you will lead and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), as well as support campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube Ads.
A key part of the role involves setting up and managing UTM tracking and pixel optimization to ensure accurate data and performance measurement.
You'll work closely with the creative and content teams to build high-converting campaigns, drive lead generation, and analyze performance data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Experience in audience segmentation and consumer behavior—particularly in the European region, is highly preferred.
Key Requirements:
Expertise (almost legendary) in Google Ads, Meta Ads & YouTube Ads
Strong experience with UTM tracking and pixel implementation
Solid understanding of campaign analytics and performance KPIs
Familiarity with the European market and digital consumer trends
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must be available full-time in Dubai (onsite role)
Candidates who are currently in UAE are preferred!
