Job Description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and directing all of the company's marketing efforts to enhance its position in the furniture and finishing market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership and Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals, including sales targets and market share growth.

Conduct continuous market analysis to identify new trends, evaluate competitors, and understand consumer behavior to pinpoint new marketing opportunities.

Identify and define key client segments (e.g., individual customers, interior designers, corporate clients) and develop tailored marketing messages for each.

  • Team Management and Supervision:

Oversee and provide direct leadership to the marketing team, including specialists in social media, digital marketing, content creation, and media buying.

Offer continuous guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.

Effectively delegate tasks, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.

  • Campaign Execution and Budget Management:

Plan and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media ads, Google Ads, email marketing, visual content, print materials).

Manage the marketing budget efficiently and allocate resources strategically to different channels to ensure the highest return on investment (ROI).

Collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives and create synergy.

  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, website traffic, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV).

Analyze data regularly to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for ongoing optimization.

Provide detailed performance reports to senior management with clear recommendations for continuous improvement.
